If for some reason you need an exchange please email us with the reason why, explaining your situation. We will respond within 3 working days . Exchanges are only possible if there was a mix up on our part or we did not fill the order correctly. as an exchange is void after 14 days. In our attempt to take care of things quickly we require you email us within 14 days of receiving your order.Approval:In order to be approved for an exchange we will need to issue you a response via email for the approval of the exchange.The letter will have a stamp on it in red. Please put a copy of this letter in the box with your items. If there is no letter you will not get the exchange discussed in the email correspondencethat was approved.If the exchange was necessary because of mistake we made, shipping is on us. If the exchange is for some other reason discussed in the correspondence, shipping is purchasers responsibility . This will also be in the approval letter. If shipping needs to be taken care of by purchaser, it can be taken care of in two ways.
